The foods are tasteful, reasonable price and nice view of the Danube River.

We find the restaurant to be in keeping with the times for all kinds of events, whether with a partner, acquaintance or clan; The staff is always very hard-working and friendly at all times! For those who love the palate, there is a lot of delight in the palate. The portions are an appealing and filling dimension, and we were completely pleasantly surprised. We both will definitely be back.

One of the best, if not THE best restaurant in Ulm / Neu-Ulm. The appetizer and the starter were a poem, the beef tartare extremely tasty, the prawns in a delicious sauce and the salad perfectly dressed ... the service couldn't have been better, we were looked after very well. Given the quality, the prices are more than okay, plus a great atmosphere with very pleasant music. We will definitely be back and will recommend this restaurant to everyone. The main course is still to come, but we can hardly wait and are already convinced of its quality. Eating here is an experience not to be missed ❤️

One of the best restaurants in Ulm and Neu-Ulm! The steaks are always of the finest quality, the doneness is perfect, the service is very friendly and the price / performance ratio is right. In addition, there is the birthday voucher, which gives you a meal. It couldn't be better, only available here. 👍🏼

Great food and nice service at rather high but justified prices!

Had dinner tonight and was more than satisfied! The meat was spot on, the side dish was very tasty, the salad was delicious and, above all, with a tasty dressing! I found the cappuccino to finish particularly well! Good coffee with very tasty milk foam! The courteous and very attentive service was very helpful, but in no way intrusive! He accompanied our evening very friendly. There is a star deduction because: - Unfortunately, the herb butter that was reordered did not arrive at the table and got lost somewhere between the service and the kitchen! The meat was delicious even without it :) - Unfortunately, the "greeting from the kitchen" was not served as usual at the beginning. We will be back :)

Very attentive staff. Only the waiter was a bit overwhelmed. No wonder with the rush. Steak cooked to the point.

We were guests with 8 people, at the end of September, around 7 p.m. The staff was very friendly and always asked if everything was good. The drinks and food were served quickly. The salads were unfortunately way too small to fill you up. Unfortunately the schnitzel came out of the deep fryer and tasted like old oil. The sauce for the schnitzel was very scarce and not very seasoned. The toilets weren't exactly inviting. The location is nice, justifies the quality of the food but not the prices. Were not here for the first time on 4/4/20, but the onion roast for the first time, unfortunately ordered twice. Very tough meat! Roasted onions were light and steamed, spaetzle not fresh, rather warmed up in the pan! Only the sauce was very tasty. With a complaint only a tired "I'll pass it on to the kitchen ..." No apology or even compensation - a shame! Sorry, but that doesn't work! Especially not for the price of € 21.40

Got it on Saturday, September 12th, 2020 A roast beef eaten from the menu was a recommendation. This one, however, was bad Meat was hard and then there were small pieces and a large piece as roast. The waitress didn't give us an invoice either. Conclusion will never come back.

- Steak / side dish perfect - Birthday dessert straight from the Lagnese pack - The wait staff always tried hard, but couldn't compensate for the lack of talent and time management. That means you have to have time and patience. Very annoying and significantly lowers the level of the restaurant. - Ambience okay Conclusion: gladly again with a little brisk staff.

Very nice, quiet place. The panorama is beautiful, the atmosphere along the banks of the Danube is evocative. We stayed for a long time, until dusk on the excellent sofas, I really recommend it!

Too much waiting

Servings unfortunately very manageable, the onion roast was very disappointing at a very proud price. The meat was very thin and not very tasty. There are two stars for the nice service that has provided a very satisfactory and courteous service.

Great open view to Donau in the beer garden! Needless to say, nice location and surroundings that easily access to other main sightseeing places. Nice finger foods, delicious grilled meals, and friendly service.

Excellent food, but very slow service.

Fancy place with the most amazing waiters. The location is also extremely prime, right between neu Ulm and Ulm. Not only the food is great, they have also really nice drinks. And if the waiter is really in a good mood, ask him for a spanish coffee!

Long awaited pre-reserved Sunday family lunch. The actual food came ca. 90 minutes after our order then, nobody bothered to apologize for that even. It then tasted also average at best. Maybe I am a bit harsh, but I feel like in good gastronomy, you cannot be like: Ok, today wasn't our good day, today was super busy...I think every day, every visit counts!! Very, very disappointed. I liked for example John Benton in Ulm much, much better... Not without a reason, once you leave the restaurant they have a sign there telling you: If you liked our food, please speak to us, if you didn't, please don't speak about us. :)

Were in the beer garden of the island today from the stone. Is a beautiful beer garden with great views over the Danube to the old town of Ulm. We only had something to drink, nothing to complain about, it was cold and fresh. The service was friendly and fast. The food on the next table had made you want more, unfortunately we had already eaten elsewhere.

One of the top localities in and around Ulm / Neu-Ulm when it comes to meat, and everything that goes with it. Every visit was a complete success for all taste buds. One, two, three yeast and the evening is perfect. Anyone who likes fish, or wants his meat to be totally fancy and noble, will be particularly pleased. Just look online in the map;)

Great meat restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff is attentive. They offer a huge variety of meats and also wines. Reservation is advised, but not a must. The monthly menu offers new interesting options. Highly recommended.

The waitresses were nice, the steak was ok; but the price vs. performance was below the average. The decoration was cheap. It's a pity that there's no Block House in Ulm/Neu Ulm.

Very attractively decorated and with courteous service. Our waiter Michel looked after us very attentively throughout the evening. The food is of excellent quality and is presented very attractively. The prices are reasonable for the high quality. Overall highly recommended. In the summer there is a nice beer garden directly on the Danube.

The restaurant is at a great location. I liked the seating arrangement.. they had something like a semi lounge for people who love to lay back. And some high seats for those who wanna look across the river. They have some pretty nice options in the drinks menu. I had the rose ginger water.. it was pretty good.. except for some minor problems with the old ginger being used.. but they took care of that.. still concerning issue with health.. Well.. the sweet potato fries were good.. not the best that I have had but good enough.. the desert was decent. So.. for an expensive restaurant at one of the most beautiful locations in neu ulm i expected more. Would i give this place another shot? Yes, i probably would, but would make sure i check the ginger used first.. ;)

Horrible service and lack of cleaning I have been at this restaurant and my experience couldn't be worse. First of all, there is a clear lack of cleaning, bird excrements at the table, spider nets at the glass of coke just to say some examples. Then, we went there with a voucher that finally was rejected and make us pay a lot of more money because the "spoken conditions" weren't clear but they waited until the end of our lunch. The lunch in itself wasn't horrible, but the portions were quite small. Totally, not recommended. Don't go there!!!

Great meat and fish accompanied by a good selection of wines. Recommended for meat lovers.

Food was good staff are friendly but place stinks of smoke. If your a smoker go, if not your clothes will still smell days after.
